Membership surged to nearly 40,000, with credential-holders increasing almost 400% over the past decade. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, ICF supported the coaching community with resources, extended memberships, and pro bono coaching, strengthening its commitment to adaptability and care in challenging times.<\/p>\n<h2>The Hub of Coaching<\/h2>\n<p>In our 25th anniversary year, ICF took a bold step forward into the future of coaching transforming into the International Coaching Federation.
