And in response to the rising demand for team coaching, we launched an advanced certification and accreditation that established new standards, enhancing trust and excellence in this rapidly evolving discipline.<\/p>\n<h2>Honoring with the Coaching Impact Awards<\/h2>\n<p>In its inaugural year, the <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/about\/awards\/\">ICF Coaching Impact Awards<\/a> honored high-performing coaches and organizations who are helping to improve workplaces, transform lives, and contribute to global social change. This 50K milestone illustrated that more coaches are <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/credentialing\/\">committing to the gold standard in coaching<\/a> as more individuals around the world turn to coaching.<\/p>\n<h2>Standard-Setting in Team Coaching<\/h2>\n<p>To address the increasing demand for team coaching \u2014 one of the fastest growing disciplines in coaching \u2014 ICF introduced the <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/credentialing\/icf-credentials-overview\/actc\/\">ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching<\/a>, for individual coach practitioners, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/for-coach-educators\/icf-accreditation\/advanced-accreditation-in-team-coaching\/\">ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching<\/a>, for coaching education providers.
