In our 30th year, we are undergoing a significant transformation to embrace a new era of coaching excellence. This evolution is driven by our commitment to shape the future of coaching while inspiring current and future generations.<\/p>\n<p>We aspire to redefine coaching \u2014 not just as a process but as a profound mindset, empowering individuals and organizations to nurture a thriving society.<\/p>\n<h3>30 Years Strong: ICF by the Numbers<\/h3>\n<p>At the start of 2025:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ICF Chapters: 141 chapters in 99 countries and territories.<\/li>\n<li>ICF Members: 60,741 members in 157 countries and territories (53% increase since 2020).<\/li>\n<li>ICF Credential-holders: 55,987 credential-holders in 157 countries and territories (63% increase since 2020).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This year, we&#8217;ve set a goal to quantify the inspirational power of coaching.
