Each question presents a coaching scenario where you must choose the BEST and WORST actions based on the ICF Core Competencies.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> The questions are designed to measure a candidate<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019s ability to apply the ICF Core Competencies in realistic coaching situations where more than one possible response may be reasonable.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For each scenario, you\u2019ll see four possible responses. Every option reflects a realistic choice a coach might make.
