This project took a &#8220;clean slate&#8221; approach to understand how coaches currently practice. This lengthy process resulted in an updated set of Core Competencies.<\/p>\n<p>From the updated Core Competencies emerged a completely new written credentialing exam, as well as new performance exams for all credential levels.<\/p>\n<p>This session will illustrate the elements of this six-year process and the role of professional coaches as subject-matter experts and academic rigor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This webinar provides an inside look at the ICF Core Competencies update and the development of a new credentialing exam.
