The 2024\u20132025 honorees \u2014 the ICF Chapters of Qu\u00e9bec, Kazakhstan, and Korea \u2014 each showed how coaching transforms lives in different ways.<\/p>\n<p>The Qu\u00e9bec Chapter of ICF broke language barriers by making English-language coaching more visible in a predominantly French-speaking region. The Kazakhstan Chapter\u2019s Women4Women program helped mothers of children with disabilities gain confidence, skills, and income through business coaching and mentoring. The Korea Chapter\u2019s Inspire and Reboot the Future project built a bridge for young professionals and people with disabilities to enter the coaching field through training and mentorship.<\/p>\n<p>Together, these stories prove that when coaches apply their skills to inclusion, both individuals and communities grow stronger. The message is clear: meaningful DEIB work doesn\u2019t require massive budgets \u2014 it requires vision, empathy, and local leadership. Each project offers a model for how coaches everywhere can use their craft to create lasting change.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Discover how coaching can drive social impact and change.
