While supporting clients <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">with conditions ranging from concussion and severe depression to persistent pain, I began incorporating a coach approach into my practice. As my coaching education deepened<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> \u2014 from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/credentialing\/icf-credentials-overview\/compare-credentials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">ACC to PCC to MCC<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> \u2014 I moved beyond In the Moment Coaching (informal coaching) and started to explore a broader <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">coaching spectrum, from Laser-Focused<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Coaching to Blended Coaching to Extended Coaching.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-ccp-border-bottom=\"0px none #000000\" data-ccp-padding-bottom=\"0px\" data-ccp-border-between=\"0px none #000000\" data-ccp-padding-between=\"0px\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">I created the Coaching Spectrum Framework<\/span><sup><span data-contrast=\"none\">TM<\/span><\/sup><span data-contrast=\"none\"> to help clinicians integrate key <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">coaching competencies<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> into their practice: improving therapeutic alliances, enhancing patient engagement, and ultimately boosting patient satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-ccp-border-between=\"0px none #000000\" data-ccp-padding-between=\"0px\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">However, this model is not exclusive to healthcare \u2014 coaches in <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">leadership, life, career, business, and relationships can also benefit from understanding and applying these approaches.
