Lexington, KY<\/em>\u00a0\u2014<\/span><\/b> International Coaching Federation (ICF) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Canada (CPHR Canada) today.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The MOU allows both organizations, who specialize in the fields of Coaching and Human Resources (HR), to engage in mutual cooperation to offer more enhanced services to members of each organization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Specifically, both organizations have committed to sharing information, knowledge, research, and experience to the benefit of their respective memberships and clients, as well as enhancing the value to Coaching and HR professions by offering access to a breadth of best practice and leading-edge resources.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They will also commission or create, collect, and disseminate research and content that broadens understanding of people management, coaching, and related fields.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are extremely pleased to formalize our relationship with the ICF to the benefit of our more than 31,000 members across Canada,\u201d said President & CEO, Anthony Ariganello (Tony), C.M., FCPHR, FCPA, FCGA, ICD.D. \u201cAs the importance and understanding of the significant value that the HR profession brings to organizational growth and success grows, such agreements allow us to ensure our memberships are evolving in tandem to offer best practices to the leaderships of their respective organizations.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis MOU comes at the most opportune time for the memberships of the ICF as well as CPHR Canada,\u201d said Magdalena Nowicka Mook, CEO of ICF. \u201cAt a time when many of our respective memberships are having to navigate through unchartered waters stemming from employee health & wellness issues, geopolitical tensions, and economic stresses, just to name a few, our partnership allows members to access much needed resources to help them get through this critical time.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
