In 2018, VCH launched a professional coaching program to strengthen leadership, support cultural transformation, and invest in its people. Prompted by survey insights showing a need for enhanced leadership development, the program was designed to align with VCH\u2019s values and build capacity from the inside out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With strong support from executive leadership, the program offers one-on-one and team coaching to leaders and staff, helping to build skills in communication, change leadership, and self-awareness. Coaching sessions are structured, confidential, and guided by clear goals and ethical standards. The program has already reached a significant portion of the organization, leading to improved morale, stronger team collaboration, and measurable increases in leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, coaching remained a vital resource, supporting leaders in real time as they adapted and cared for others.
