In response, the company began a coaching journey of their own that led to winning the 2023 ICF Coaching Impact Award for Distinguished Organization.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AstraZeneca introduced a formal coaching strategy that supported professional growth and kept the focus on the future. Coaches led interactive learning workshops, helping managers and employees identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
