Lexington, KY<\/strong><\/em> \u2014 The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is thrilled to announce it has been recognized with three Power of Associations Silver Awards, marking the third consecutive year ICF’s global impact has been honored. The awards, presented by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), honor associations that have demonstrated excellence in association management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Evolution of Accreditation<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

In 2023, the Evolution of the ICF Accreditation Task Force completed its comprehensive efforts to better align accreditation in coaching education with the needs of an evolving coaching industry. Assembled by the ICF Coaching Education Board of Directors, the task force recommended several structural changes to ICF accreditation processes, paving the way for ICF to set the highest standards for coach-specific education globally. This evolution better positions coaches to find a clear path to quality education that prepares them for the nuance, complexity, and sophistication of today’s coaching profession.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u202f<\/span>The Future is Coaching Resource Guides<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

As the coaching profession continues to grow, so do the needs of future coaches. Recognizing this, ICF Coaching Education and the ICF Thought Leadership Institute created the Future is Coaching Resource Guides. These two guides are more than just educational tools \u2014 they’re catalysts for personal and professional growth, nurturing students’ capacity for critical thinking and introspection by exploring topics such as education, work, planetary ecology, and well-being.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u202f<\/span>Impact of Coaching on Leadership: 2022-2023 ICF Foundation, ICF Ukraine Chapter & Academy D.TEK Project<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

From August 2022 to December 2023, the ICF Foundation partnered with Academy D.TEK and the ICF Ukraine Chapter to provide executive coaching to leaders in Ukraine and Europe. This collaboration resulted in 150 ICF credentialed coaches engaging with 234 coaching clients to explore their challenges, values, and visions for the future during the ongoing war in their country.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
